About Us
Welcome to 631 Wash and Load. We are a new laundry service in Manhattan. Our self-service laundromat opened in October 2019. Originally, we learned about this business through owning the laundry room in a nearby apartment house. But we realized there weren’t enough washing machines to handle the many apartment residents. We also found that when a laundry room is unattended, the machines break down and there’s no one to take care of the problems. When the commercial property next to the apartment house became available, we decided to open a beautiful laundromat, fully attended by the owner’s son, a college student majoring in Business Administration.
Besides self-service, our brand-new laundromat offers wash and fold service for those too busy to do their own laundry. This service is often called fluff and fold. Just drop off your laundry with us and we will wash, dry, and fold them for you.
At 631 Wash and Load we also offer a laundry pick up and delivery service. Schedule a pickup and we will come to your home or business and get your dirty laundry, wash and fold it for you, then return it the following day!
Our family-owned business is here to get your clothing clean. Whether you wash them yourself in our attended laundromat, or have us wash them for you, we are here to make your wash day as easy as possible.
